The Recurring donations page allows you to view active, canceled, and auto-canceled pledges, as well as manage and update active pledges.
In order to manage your pledge through our Donor Portal, please follow the steps below:
- Once you are logged in to your profile, navigate to the pledge that you would like to adjust. Select the "Manage donation" link at the bottom of the section.
- The "Manage donation" page has four subsections:
- Contribution details: Here you can change the amount of your gift, the frequency of your pledge, as well as add an expiration date for your pledge.
- Payment details: Here you can change the credit card or checking account that is used for your gift.
- Cancel or pause recurring donation: Here you can either end or suspend your recurring gift for a set amount of time.
- Reactivate donation: If you have previously cancelled your pledge and wish to restart it, you will be able to do so in this section.
- Once you have determined which change you would like to make, select the red pencil icon in the upper-right hand corner of that section and you will be prompted to make your desired updates
