We recently relaunched a Donor Portal, where you will be able to:
- Update your payment details, as well as cancel, suspend or change the amount of a recurring pledge
- View past donations, download and print receipts
- Update your contact information and preferences
To access your donor account online, please feel free to log in to our Donor Portal at:
doctorswithoutborders.org/donor-portal
If you are setting up your account for the first time, please use the email address you provided when you initially made your donation.
You can also sign in using the Magic Link button. This option will send a custom link to the email address that you used to make your gift (which is the same one you should use to access your account). This link will expire after two (2) hours (if you have requested the Magic Link option but have not received this message, please check your Junk Mail folder, in case it has been filtered by your email platform).
