If you need to obtain a copy of a gift receipt, or a cumulative receipt for your total annual giving for a specific year, there are a number of ways that you can make this request.
- We recently launched a Donor Portal, where you will be able to download and print receipts at your convenience. To access your donor account online, please feel free to log in to our Donor Portal.
- You can also request a receipt using the following form on our website (which does not require logging in to your account): https://www.doctorswithoutborders.org/support-us/donor-services/get-receipt
- If you would prefer to make your request by phone, please feel free to contact us at: (888) 392-0392.
Please note that annual donation receipts for recurring pledges made in the current year will be sent by mail in the last week of January of the following year. If you have not received your receipt, or if you would like to request a listing of all recurring gifts to date, please feel free to request your receipt using one of the methods listed above.
