If you have sent us a check and you are not sure whether or not we have received it, please contact your bank or check your account statement to confirm that the check has been cashed. If your gift was recently processed by MSF, then your receipt may be on its way. Please note that receipts may take up to 4-6 weeks to be delivered after the gift has been received.
If your gift has been processed and you still have not received your receipt after 6 weeks, please refer to the other articles in this section to see about obtaining an acknowledgment.
If it has been over two months since you sent your and it has not yet been cashed, then it may have been lost in the mail. While it may eventually reach our processing center, we have a policy of not processing checks after a period of 60 days from the check date.
