MSF-USA can only accept gifts in US dollars. Contributions made in any other currency require additional handling and are subject to a conversion fee. This, in turn, impacts the time it takes to process these gifts, as well as the total amount that we are able to account for and acknowledge.
We recommend converting the currency to US dollars and donating the resulting amount. Alternatively, if there is an MSF office located in the country of origin for these funds, you could make the donation directly to that particular branch.
