E-card recipients will receive their tribute notification on the day that you request when making your gift online.
Tribute letters sent by postal mail can take up to 4-6 weeks for your recipient(s) to receive their notifications.
If you have made a tribute gift and the recipient has not received their notification within the aforementioned timeframe, please feel free to contact us by email at: donations@newyork.msf.org, or by phone at: (888) 392-0392, and we will be sure to send out a duplicate notification right away.
