If you wish to cancel or suspend your pledge, you can:
- Access your account through our Donor Portal
- Submit a request using our online form (this method does not require you to log in to your account)
- Contact us by email at: donations@newyork.msf.org
- Call our Donor Services team toll-free at (888) 392-0392 daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST
We understand that financial situations change. Should you need, you have the option to decrease the amount of your pledge (please note the minimum amount is $10), suspend for up to 6 months.
No matter the amount, your reoccurring donation makes it easier for us to be prepared for whatever emergency or crisis our teams responds to. We are grateful for your support and helping us save lives.
